Remarks. In Brazil, the species is known from the State of Espírito Santo to the State of Rio Grande do Sul; in Argentina from the Provinces of Misiones and Entre Ríos and in Paraguay from the Department of Paraguarí. It was common in the area sampled on the southern slope of the Mantiqueira Mountains, but absent on the plateau. The distance from Córrego do Cedro to Córrego Campo do Meio, in PECJ, is less than 10 km but the altitude difference is about 600 m.
