DISTRIBUTION: Kashmir and N. Pakistan.

COMMENT: Considered a subspecies of thibetanus by Dolgov and Hoffmann, 1977, Zool. Zh., 56: 1687- 1692. Retained by Hutterer, 1979, Z. Saugetierk., 44:65-80, who considered thibetanus a nomen dubium.
