DISTRIBUTION: Montane forests of S. Kansu and W. Shensi to Yunnan (China); adjacent Burma and Nepal.
COMMENT: Includes gomphus, nepalensis, and wardii; formerly considered a subspecies of cylindricauda; see Corbet, 1978:24.
