Remark. This species was originally described from Bangladesh (as East Pakistan; Candèze, 1857). Cate (2007) listed this species also from Nepal and Pakistan but subsequent authors dealing with the agrypnine fauna of Pakistan did not mention this species (e.g., Akhter et al. 2012 a, 2012b, 2014; Naz et al. 2012). Therefore, the occurrence of this species in Pakistan needs confirmation.
