(Fig. 14)
Hippopsis quinquelineata Aurivillius, 1920: 24; Monné, 2023b: 397 (cat.).
Remarks. According to Monné (2023b) and Tavakilian & Chevillotte (2023), the species was described based on a holotype. However, Aurivillius (1920) reported: “femoribus posticis apicem segmeti 2 i fere attingentibus (symbol of male) vel medium vix superantibus (symbol of female);” and “Long. corporis 10–16 mm.” Therefore, the species was described based at least on a male and a female (syntypes) from southern Brazil. Currently, it is known from Brazil (Minas Gerais, Espírito Santo, Rio de Janeiro, S„o Paulo, Paraná, Santa Catarina, and Rio Grande do Sul) (Bezark 2023b; Monné 2023b; Tavakilian & Chevillotte 2023).
