Geographic distribution.

Western part of the Palearctic Region. In tundra zone of Russia: the Pechora River delta (Baturina 2018), lakes Pervoe Bobrovoe and Akulkino (Finogenova 1975).

Location.

Temporary pond (67°58'00"N, 62°34'60"E).

Ecology.

The species was found on a swampy substrate with moss cover.
