Holotype ILS 172 (= actual number MLS 227) (fig. 37), male, paratype ILS 157 (= actual number MLS 228). “Villamaría, Manizales “, Caldas, Colombia.

Remarks: The holotype is an adult and was collected in 1935, without collector indicated. The paratype is a juvenile and was collected by Nestor Díaz in May 1936. MLS 227 is a hydrated specimen in good state of preservation but badly mounted and MLS 228 is hydrated albeit soft.
