First faunistic record for Croatia: Frauenfeld 1861

Distribution in Croatia: Common in the Mediterranean part, present also in the Dinaric Alps on localities under strong influence of Mediterranean climate.

Distribution in Europe: Endemic to the Western Balkans—along the Adriatic Coast from Slovenia to northern Greece, reaching Albania, FYR Macedonia, and the southeastern tip of Bulgaria (Willemse et al. 2016, Cigliano et al. 2018).
