Genus Ophioplocus Lyman, 1862

Four of the seven species of Ophioplocus are recorded from the IWP: the widespread O. imbricatus (MÜLLER & TROSCHEL, 1842), O. declinans (Koehler, 1904) known from the Philippines, O. japonicus HL Clark, 1911 from Japan, and O. giganteus Irimura & Yoshino, 1999 from Okinawa; only the first species is known from the Indian Ocean.
