Type locality. Macas, Ecuador.
Remarks. The species was last transferred to Dorisiana based on the three-segmented tarsi (Santos et al. 2010). However, the timbal cover fits the expanded description of Guyalna provided here (Fig. 13). As a result, the species is hereby transferred to Guyalna to become Guyalna glauca (Goding, 1925) n. comb . Body length 25–28 mm, fore wing length 36–39 mm.
Distribution. The species has been reported previously from Brazil and Ecuador (Metcalf 1963; Sanborn 2013).
