Psilotreta flavida Kawase 2021

Psilotreta flavida Kawase 2021, 595–597, male and female, Shikoku (Type locality: Ehime).

Remarks. The male and female of this species are very similar to those of P. bitubercula sp. nov. but can be distinguished by characters given in the diagnosis for P. bitubercula sp. nov.

Specimens examined. An additional record since Kawase (2021) is the following: Shikoku, Ehime: 1 male, Ishizuchi-onari, Komatsu-cho, Saijyo-shi, 22.vii.2021, M. Aoyagi .

Larva. Unknown.

Distribution and habitat. Psilotreta flavida is an East Palearctic species distributed in Shikoku (Fig. 11E). Adults were collected from many localities near mountain streams by light traps or Malaise traps.
