Pronotum 0.57 mm wide, 0.28 mm long, sides evenly rounded without a sinuation before the hind angle Fig. 35 B. Elytra 0.47 mm long, 0.56 mm wide, with clear humeral angle. Male: ventrite six with a large group of blunt spines Fig. 35 I; aedeagus Fig. 35 E.
Female: spermatheca Fig, 35D.
Etymology. Named after the large group of short blunt protuberances on the sixth ventrite.
Remarks. The large group of blunt protuberances on the male sixth ventrite which are clearly visible without dissection will quickly determine this species.
Type data. Holotype: ♂, Ambohitantely Spec. Res., ABT/03/2011, sifting wet alluvia by stream, Winkler app. extr., S.18˚10’51.7” E.47˚17’21.6”, 1593 m, 19.iv.2011, L.S.Rahanitriniana (BMNH). Paratypes: 1♂ 3♀, same data as holotype.
